What It Means To Chase Adventure®

How does our Chase Adventure® story begin?

An athlete wanting better performing, more durable socks first dreamed up Swiftwick Socks. Creating a new company is certainly one way to chase adventure, but he knew that he and his teammates needed better cycling socks. Racing mountain bikes is hard enough without dealing with gear and clothing that don’t stand up to demands. And that’s how our story started.

It’s a storyline that’s been played out before. Build a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door. But not every company remains true to its roots. We see everyday as a new opportunity for us to honor our dedication to producing performance oriented socks that improve every experience.

Swiftwick socks were created to eliminate performance barriers for athletes during high endurance activities. Over the years, we’ve upheld that mission. Whether it’s racing bikes, going for a run, or setting our for a weekend hike, we want our socks to enable the wearer to Chase Adventure®.

What is adventure?

It’s this notion of getting out and leaving the routine world behind that stands behind all we do at Swiftwick. Sure we all have our families and jobs, but there are things that motivate us as individuals. There are activities that feed our souls as well as define who we are. Simply put, it’s about doing what moves you.

At Swiftwick, it’s also part of what defines us as a company. We believe strongly that encouraging individuals to chase their own adventures is a way to promote not only healthy people, but also a vibrant workplace and community. Not everyone will gravitate toward the same activities, and truthfully that’s kind of the point because that makes for more diversity.

Get inspired to Chase Adventure®!

Looking for new ways to Chase Adventure? We also rely on the feedback from athletes and ambassadors to improve Swiftwick Socks. They use our products in a fantastic array of forays and share their experiences with our entire community. We love reading their stories and seeing what they do in the field. They’re all accomplished athletes and we invite you to follow their tales and hope that they will inspire you. Learn who is Wearing Swiftwick!
