Shipping Information

We do our best to ship all orders by the next business day. Backlogs can occur during the holiday season or around major product launches. To ensure the best service, please provide complete, accurate information throughout the checkout process.

Shipping within the U.S.

Free Shipping

If your order meets or exceeds the amount advertised on the website, you qualify for free shipping to addresses in the U.S. via the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped via either Ground Advantage™ or Priority Mail® depending on weight. Free shipping is not available for international orders.


The free shipping threshold may exclude certain products. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, with additional time for shipments to HI, AK, and APO/FPO addresses.


Premium Shipping

We offer two premium domestic shipping options: USPS Priority Mail® and UPS 2nd Day Air®.


    • USPS Priority Mail® is offered for a flat rate of $5. The USPS promises delivery within 3 days for all Priority Mail® packages, though occasionally this may take an extra day or two. Please allow for 1 business day after the order is placed for shipment. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET are considered placed the following business day.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air® is offered for a flat rate of $15. Please allow 1 business day after the order is placed for shipment and 3 additional business days for delivery. Orders placed after 2 p.m. ET are considered placed the following business day.

International Shipping

We ship to many locations worldwide via UPS Worldwide Saver®, offered for a flat rate of $35 USD. This includes all applicable duties and taxes.


We do not ship consumer orders to freight forwarders under any circumstance. Estimated transit times are available on the respective carrier websites. All international shipments are subject to delays due to customs processing or detailed inspections.


General Shipping Notes

Shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent each evening for all orders shipped that day. Emails are sent to the email address provided during checkout. At checkout, you have the option of entering your mobile number to receive text updates.


All shipments originate from U.S. zip/postal code 37204. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday and is closed on most major U.S. holidays. Additionally, each carrier observes certain holidays on which they do not process shipments. These holidays are managed by the individual carriers and are subject to change without notice. Finally, inclement weather may create delivery delays beyond our control.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges. If you require an exchange or return, please do not ship any product back unless asked to do so by a Swiftwick representative. To begin processing a return or exchange, please complete our Lifetime Performance Guarantee Form below. Allow one business day for someone from our team to get back in touch.


All refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days, but the credit may take additional time to post to your account depending on the policies of your banking institution.
