Shipping within the U.S.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on U.S. orders of $25 or more. Orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage™ or USPS Priority Mail® depending on weight and destination. The free shipping threshold may exclude certain products. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, with additional time for shipments to HI, AK, and APO/FPO addresses.

Standard Shipping

Orders under $25 ship via USPS Ground Advantage™ for a flat rate of $5. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery, with additional time for shipments to HI, AK, and APO/FPO addresses.

Premium Shipping

We offer UPS 2nd Day Air® as a premium domestic shipping option for a flat rate of $15. Please allow 1 business day after the order is placed for shipment and 2–3 additional business days for delivery. Orders placed after 2pm ET are considered placed the following business day.


Canada & Australia Shipping

We ship to Canada and Australia via UPS Worldwide Express® for a flat rate of $45 USD. This rate includes all applicable duties and taxes. Estimated transit times are available on the carrier’s website.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs processing or detailed inspections. We do not ship to freight forwarders under any circumstance.


International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States, Canada, and Australia. We will continue to evaluate expanding international shipping options in the future.

 

General Shipping Notes

Shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers are sent each evening for all orders shipped that day. Emails are sent to the email address provided during checkout.  At checkout, you have the option of entering your mobile number to receive text updates.

All shipments originate from US zip/postal code 37204. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday and is closed on most major US holidays. Additionally, each carrier observes certain holidays on which they do not process shipments.  These holidays are managed by the individual carriers and are subject to change without notice. Finally, inclement weather may create delivery delays beyond our control.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges. If you require an exchange or return please do not ship any product back unless asked to do so by a Swiftwick representative. To begin processing a return or exchange please complete our Lifetime Performance Guarantee Form below. Please allow one business day for someone from our team to get back in touch.

 

All refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days but the credit may take additional time to post to your account depending on the policies of your banking institution.
