A Team on the Rise

At Swiftwick, we know that the right gear can make all the difference in pushing limits, which is why we’re proud to partner with Bat City Track Club (BCTC)—a team of seriously fast runners who are making waves in the sport.

Based in Austin, Texas, Bat City Track Club is a rising force in the competitive running world. With athletes ranging from former NCAA standouts to U.S. Olympic Trials qualifiers, this team is making waves in distances from the 5,000m to the marathon. Their dedication to the sport and their goals sets them apart, making them one of the premier teams in the Southwest.

The Team

Leading the charge is Jeff Cunningham—a lifelong runner and one of the most respected coaches in the sport. A former All-Southwest Conference athlete at Baylor University, Jeff has spent over two decades coaching athletes at every level, from state champions to Boston Marathon and U.S. Olympic Trials qualifiers. His passion and leadership have helped shape BCTC into the powerhouse it is today.

And the results speak for themselves. In Bat City’s first Olympic Marathon Trials as a team, five athletes qualified for the 2024 Trials: Mitch Ammons, Isabel Hebner, Coach Jeff Cunningham, Monica Hebner, and Mike Duggan.
