We offer free returns and exchanges. If you require an exchange or return please do not ship any product back unless asked to do so by a Swiftwick representative. To begin processing a return or exchange please complete our warranty form or call us at 615-370-8611 (option 1). Please allow one business day for someone from our team to get back in touch.

All refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days but the credit may take additional time to post to your account depending on the policies of your banking institution.
