Newly knit socks tend to appear smaller at first, but, with time, the elastic naturally sets as it is shaped by wear. The fitted size of each pair should be exactly the same. It is also not uncommon for socks to appear different after first wash, since they are pressed due to our packaging process. After a couple of wears, you should notice no difference between newer and used pairs and this will not affect functionality in any way.

All orders ship within 2-3 business days and usually arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the destination. Backlogs can occur during the holiday season or around major product launches. We offer free returns and exchanges. If you require an exchange or return please do not ship any product back unless asked to do so by a Swiftwick representative. To begin processing a return or exchange please complete our warranty form or call us at 615-370-8611 (option 1). Please allow one business day for someone from our team to get back in touch.
All refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original form of payment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days but the credit may take additional time to post to your account depending on the policies of your banking institution.
· Refunds without a valid receipt or order number may be refused under the warranty program.
· Purchases over 120 days old may be refunded with an electronic gift card valid at swiftwick.com.
· "Warranty" applies only to the original purchaser and excludes products bought from secondary markets like flea markets, thrift stores, etc.
· Refunds for gift card purchases are only available to the original purchaser within six months of purchase, provided none of the value has been redeemed.
· Exclusions apply to items lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
· Items already replaced via the warranty program are not eligible to be replaced a second time.
· International returns, refunds, or exchanges not purchased on swiftwick.com cannot be processed.
· We reserve the right to deny a claim or refuse service based on the nature of previous transactions or fraudulent claims.
