Ride for Reading Benefit Concert Update
Pre-order your socks today. All orders will be available for pick up at the Ride for Reading headquarters open house book drive and at 3rd and Lindsley that evening at the first annual Acoustic RfR benefit concert on Friday, March 26, 2010.
Advanced tickets are on sale for the mountain bike community for one week at http://3rdandlindsley.com, then we are going to launch them to the general public. Advanced tickets will be $10 or $15 at the door on the day of the event.
The show will feature the singer/songwriters Sean McConnel, Ashely Ray, and Megan James!
All funds raised will go directly to furthering Ride for Reading's mission of promoting literacy through the distribution of books to children of low-income areas.
We also hope to see everyone at the first TBRA points mountain bike race, Chickasaw Trace Classic hosted by the Columbia Cycling Club at Chickasaw State Park in Columbia, Tennessee on March 28, 2010! Let's make this a great weekend for meeting, greeting, and mountain biking!
Ride for Reading custom socks will also be available for purchase from these fine local retailers by February 25th: Acme, Bike Pedlar Hermitage, Bike Pedlar West End, East Side Cycles, Endurance Sport and Rec, Harpeth Bicycles, Gran Fondo, and Woody's Bike Shop.
