CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION

MINIMUMS

A minimum of 150 pair of socks must be ordered of the same color, blend, and design. A minimum of 75 pair of amwarmers must be ordered of the same color, blend, and design. Also, please have quantities of sizes, choice fiber blends, and vector logo formats to fulfill your order.

PAYMENTS

A 50% payment of the order total plus a $75 art-set up fee is due upon art design approval of the custom sock or armwarmer. Multiple design revisions can result in an additional art fee. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Accepted payment options are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, or wire transfer. If product is for resale, please provide a federal tax ID number with your order.

ART REQUIREMENTS

A vector format of the logo must be provided. The vector format is key to producing a high quality design for the sock. Vector files are saved in either an EPS file or an AI file. JPEG and PDF files do not offer the clarity needed to ensure a high quality design. Note: if a vector file is not provided, there may be additional design fees, as our design team will need to create a vector format file.

TIMELINES

Please allow 3-5 business days for the first set of sock or armwarmer designs.  Swiftwick will provide requested customer revisions within 24-48 hours. All orders placed upon final proof approval will be filled within 6-10 weeks depending on peak knitting seasons.  For an additional fee of up to $100, rush orders are available, but not guaranteed.
